Draft for review by Founder Capital's adviser before reliance. Last updated 21 August 2026.
1. The service
Find Investment ("Find") is a platform operated by Founder Capital LLP ("we") on which companies seeking investment ("founders") may publish information and eligible investors may express interest in it. Find does not arrange deals, hold client money, execute transactions or give advice. Any investment is made directly between the investor and the company on terms they agree off-platform.
2. Eligibility
Investor accounts are available only to professional investors, certified high net worth individuals and self-certified sophisticated investors within the meaning of the Financial Promotion Order 2005. By certifying you confirm the statements are true and you understand their consequences. We may ask for evidence and may refuse, suspend or revoke access at our discretion. Founder accounts are available to UK companies and LLPs and their authorised representatives.
3. Listings
Founders are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings and documents and for having the right to publish them. Listings are shown only once approved by us and an FCA-authorised approver and may be edited, sent back, closed or removed by us at any time. Approval is not an endorsement, verification or recommendation.
4. Conduct
Investors initiate contact; founders respond. Users must not attempt to contact other users outside the mechanisms provided until matched, must not misrepresent themselves, and must not use information obtained on Find for any purpose other than evaluating an investment. Interest and indications are not offers or commitments.
5. No advice; risk
Nothing on Find is investment, legal or tax advice. Investing in unlisted companies places capital at risk and you may lose all of it. Obtain advice from an authorised person if you need it.
6. Fees
Investor accounts are free. Founder listings are free to draft; a monthly fee (currently £29) is payable while a listing is published, cancellable at any time. An introducer fee may be payable by an investor where a founder raise completes; where so, it is disclosed on the listing.
7. Intellectual property and data
You keep your content and grant us a licence to display it to eligible users for the purpose of the service. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
8. Liability
We provide Find as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on any listing, the conduct of any user, or the availability of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.
10. Law
England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
